The A.W. Forbes Representation Advantage
A Dedicated, Confidential Career Partnership for Advanced Practice Clinicians
Most recruitment agencies operate on volume, broadcasting credentials across dozens of portals and treating advanced practice clinicians like transactions in an applicant tracking queue. At A.W. Forbes, we intentionally work on an exclusive boutique model, partnering with only three to five select professionals at any given time.
When you partner with A.W. Forbes, we guide and represent you throughout every stage of your career transition:
-
Direct Introductions to Clinical Decision-Makers: We bypass public HR application portals, automated screening algorithms, and general inbox queues to present your clinical portfolio directly to orthopedic surgical leadership, practice administrators, and healthcare executives.
-
Targeted Clinical Interview Preparation: We coach you thoroughly before every discussion. We provide insight into the orthopedic team’s surgical scope, clinic tempo, dynamic between surgeons and APPs, and administrative expectations so you can articulate your diagnostic confidence and clinical procedural skills with poise.
-
Objective Employment Offer Review: Evaluating an advanced practice offer involves far more than just reviewing a base salary number. We analyze the complete employment package with you—including incentive structures, loan repayment parameters, call expectations, CME allocations, benefits, and sign-on incentives—ensuring the finalized agreement reflects your market value.
-
Strict Professional Confidentiality: We protect your current practice and standing. Your credentials and background are shared only with specific opportunities that align with your clinical goals, and only with your express authorization.
